My STORY
Twenty years alongside others. One journey of my own.
With over 20 years' experience as a medical doctor, I have walked alongside many people facing complex health and wellbeing challenges — helping them navigate not just illness, but identity, purpose, and connection.
Through rehabilitation medicine, I came to understand that recovery is rarely just physical. It is about the whole person — their relationships, their sense of self, their capacity to imagine a future that feels worth moving toward.
In more recent years, I also learnt about the power of lifestyle as medicine — and the role of the key lifestyle pillars. I believe that sustainable health and wellbeing has to be co-created and that real change starts from within. My background informs my coaching lens and the coaching relationship I am offering.
Beyond my professional roles, I am an ordinary human — a mother, wife, daughter, sibling and friend. I have also experienced firsthand the realities of depletion and overwhelm that so many people I work with describe.
That lived experience led me to embark on my own wellbeing journey — to create sustainable work–life harmony. It was humbling. It was necessary. And it has profoundly shaped the way I now support others.
I don't come to this work from a distance. I come from having stood where you may be standing — and having found my way through, not perfectly, but authentically.
